Gut rehabilitation of a 100-year old 4300 SF seacoast home. Construction included removal of the existing floors and walls within the balloon post and beam structure, refortifying the home with steel framing, and laying out a new, more spacious floor plan. A small contemporary library/office addition was added to the existing home to juxtapose the existing historical structure.
