Metric Construction Corporation has successfully completed over 40 Bertucci's restaurants, by meeting fast track schedules and providing quality craftsmanship. Each restaurant is atypical, based on a prototype. This flexibility allows Bertucci's to utilize cutting edge design in floor plan layout and finishes, as well as unique renovations and rehabilitations to existing restaurants. The restaurants occupy between 8,000 to 10,000 SF each and vary structurally from new construction to renovation, freestanding to retail mall locations, all with various envelope materials including masonry, clapboard and stucco. Each unit was inspired by local design influence.
