Gut rehabilitation of a prominent and historic 25,000 SF building into 4-luxury residences. This mansion was in incredible disrepair due to years of neglect under its previous use as an assisted living facility. Metric replicated most of the existing detail using plaster moldings and faux paint to produce the grandeur seen in the photos.
